Is my payment information secure? Yes. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems. The machine does not store your card details locally.
Are there receipts? Yes. A digital receipt is typically sent to your phone or available immediately after your transaction.
How does the machine know what I took? Internal cameras and sensors track items removed and returned. You’re only charged for what you leave with when the door is closed.
Can multiple people use it at once? No. One session at a time. Once you unlock the door, it’s tied to your transaction until it’s closed.
What if the door doesn’t unlock or something malfunctions? Follow the on-screen instructions or use the contact info on the machine. Issues are monitored remotely and can be resolved quickly.
Can I put items back if I change my mind? Yes. You can return items to the machine before closing the door, and you won’t be charged for anything you put back.
Can I make food and drink requests? Of course! Let us know what you would like and we can consider if it would be a great fit for the machine.
What happens if I forget to close the door? The machine will prompt you, and in most cases will auto-close or alert support. Your transaction won’t finalize until the door is properly closed.
What payment methods are accepted?When do I get charged? Your payment method is authorized when you unlock the door, and the final charge is processed after you close it based on what you kept.
